Slurry and manure removal

Selecting the appropriate removal system is one of the most important factors in the functioning of the entire animal house. We deliver reliable scrapers (cable, chain, hydraulic) for bedding-free or bedded stables. The selection should be made based on the length of manure corridors and the layout of cross over flues. An important advantage of cable scrapers is the possibility of adding a drainage channel with its own cleaning system, which makes the manure corridor areas clearly drier and thus contributes towards the better health condition of the animal limbs and overall better stable climate. A good solution for traditional bedding-free and bedded stables are hydraulic reciprocating scrapers, including conveyors transporting manure into containers or onto tows, or with a layering device. Our range also offers submersible agitators and pumps for manipulating with and homogenization of slurry in pumped-storage or storage tanks, the telescopic make for one or multiple sumps on a wheel frame. We can also deliver mixers and pumps used with a tractor drive to be used for fast, vigorous mixing and pumping.
