Translucent glass fiber rolls

Translucent rolls are, by default, supplied in a make without UV protection, in color tones: transparent, yellow, green and opal, 0.65 mm thick, and in a make with GELCOAT UV protection, in transparent color and 0.8 mm thick, for which a 10 year hailstorm guarantee is given. The glass fiber roles are used for roofing over minor structure and, primarily, for encasing large vertical areas, such as hay lofts.

The rolls are supplied in heights ranging from 1 m to 4 m and lengths from 20 m to 30 m.

Installation:
The panels are laid in the vertical direction, one next to the other with overlaps directly on roof battens, to which they are anchored with metal or wood self-cutting screws.

Purlin interspacing:
The purlin interspacing may be up to 1.7 meters, but also more in certain cases. For more detail, do please get in touch with out sales representatives.

An element comprises of a screw, cap, Al washer, sealing washer and a spacer.

Spacers are used around the circumference of the roofing. It provides the maximum strength fixing of the most stressed parts of the roofing. There is no need to use spacers over the inner roofing span, unless prescribed otherwise by the supplier. The crest is made of special glass fiber profiles. A special crest profile, so-called sealing PE profile, may be used to seal the roof from blow-in precipitations. The sealing profile is installed in the reverse direction to the sealing at roof gutters.

 

Opaque glass fiber rolls

Opaque glass fiber rolls are supplied in the following color shades: brick-red, anthracite, metallic and brown, 0.85 mm thick. Fully through-colored rolls are used for enclosing roofing and vertical structures. The height of delivered rolls can range from 1 m to 3 m, and lengths 20 m and 30 m.
