Slurry and manure removal
Hydraulic conveyors and carriers are highly stable equipment for manure removal, even where such manure contains high levels of bedding straw, for installation at the stable floor level or in entrenched or grid-over channels.
With its outlet to a dung-yard, a container or a trailer, the conveyor can also be fitted with a carrying hydraulic layering device. The conveyor and layering device are driven by only one hydraulic driving unit. The device is revolving, allowing the deposition of large quantities of manure to a small area without the necessity of moving by a mobile technology. If plastic carrying bucket is affixed, it can reliably transport manure onto a trailer or into a container.
The hydraulic conveyer may also be finished with pressure layering devices that drive manure out to the dung-yard from a robust pressure chamber, using a powerful hydraulic cylinder.
