Handling slurry in the animal house

This type of equipment is designed to remove manure and is optimal for manure of any quality, also manure containing high amounts of straw.

The equipment construction provides for working in various height setups:

·       from 15 to maximum 40 degrees

·       e.g. 30 degrees for sawdust bedding, or possibly bedding-free, removal of manure from a deep sunk liquid manure sump

·       e.g. 40 degrees for manure containing big amounts of straw

The hydro-carrier is designed to allow a reconversion of the elevator to stack manure in a dung-yard, and it is suitable for carrying even dry manure.

Hydro-carrier means:

·       Simple reconversion to individual positions

·       The bottom part of the carrier is always horizontal. As a result, the manure is removed clean and does not freeze over in winter.

·       Curved concrete sum remains the same for each reconversion as the swing point is mounted higher.

·       The design layout lowers the chances of manure down-slipping in the dung-yard.

·       Also suitable for straw manure.

·       Layered composition contributes towards a good composting process.

·       There is just one driving unit in the equipment (one electric motor) for both the actual elevator but also a hydraulic unit for the manure carrying equipment from one sewer in the animal house.

·       The driving assembly is located at the swing carrying arm and is completely covered, which prevents its fouling.
