Rubbing posts accommodate the natural need of cattle (cows) to clean their skin and stimulate blood circulation. The installation of rubbing posts contributes towards the comfort of the cows and stimulates animal production efficiency, causing the animals to be calmer. The labor-demanding manual cleaning is minimized.

Active rubbing posts
These rubbing posts contain optimum form brushes made of special plastic. They are driven by a robust electric motor (0.37 kW). Free-suspended upper brush accommodates various body frames of cows. The running period of the brush can be adjusted as needed. The brushes are rotational, thus providing for even wear.  When a hazardous situation occurs (e.g. the cow’s tail is wound up), the brushes stop automatically and change the running direction.

Passive rubbing posts
Passive rubbing posts are flexibly mounted on adjustable galvanized holders.

Vibration rubbing posts
Vibration rubbing posts are ideally formed to accommodate the animal’s back, without mechanical abrasive parts. The period of vibration is freely adjustable in the range from 0 to 10 minutes. Rotary brushes prolong its life durability. There is no risk of damage to the animals’ tails – high comfort for the animals. There is no risk of rubbing down neck collars.  Replacement brushes are less expensive than brushes for rotary rubbing posts.
