Wash boxes

Shower boxes are used to clean sows mechanically and for these purposes, it is possible to add a disinfection solution. The box walls are all-plastic, which means they are easy to wash, set in a galvanized steel structure.

The water pressure needed for a correct functioning of the nozzles is 4.5 to 5 bars and the water consumption at this pressure is 3 to 4 LPM.

The number of shower nozzles is 28 in total and they are spread evenly in two rows on both sides each, seven nozzles in one row.

Disinfectant is added to water via a water-flow-driven dosing pump with the possibility of setting the required content level of the disinfectant in water.
